Annual General Meeting, 20 March 2024

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Masters Swimming Tasmania will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, 20 March 2024 at 7.30pm.

All members are invited to attend, however voting is only available to currently elected and appointed officials and by up to two delegates from each Club.

At the Annual General Meeting, the following business will be:

• Presenting the 2024 Annual Report
• Election of Office Bearers: all positions are declared vacant (a nomination form is attached and all nominations should be received no later than COB Saturday 16^th March 2024).
• Appointment of other Committee Members
• Appointment of the Auditor

The nomination form is now available.

Note: you are requested to return completed nomination forms by 5pm Saturday 16 March 2024.

The Agenda and the 2023 Annual General Meeting Minutes are available.

All Branch Committee Members, other members of the Committee and all clubs are asked to submit a report of activities from 1^st January to 31^st December 2023.

These reports should be received no later than COB Monday 11^th March 2024.

A copy of the Annual Report will be available by Wednesday 13^th March 2024.
