Annual General Meeting, Wednesday 26th February 2025

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Masters Swimming Tasmania will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, 26 February 2025 at 7.30pm.

We’re also looking for people to take on various roles on the MST State Committee.
A good way to start is being a club delegate – clubs can have up to 2 at the meetings.

At the Annual General Meeting, the following business will be:

• Presenting the Annual Report for the 2024 year
• Election of Office Bearers: all positions are declared vacant
        All nominations should be received no later
        than COB Saturday 22^nd  February 2025).
• Appointment of other Committee Members
• Appointment of the Auditor

Note: you are requested to return completed nomination forms by 5pm Saturday 22 February 2025.

All Branch Committee Members, other members of the Committee and all clubs are asked to submit a report of activities from 1^st January to 31^st December 2024.

These reports should be received no later than COB Wednesday 19^th February 2025.
