PROGRAM

Warm up 8.00am for 8.30am start. The event is scheduled to end at 10.00am

EVENT 1 – 50 m [all strokes]

EVENT 2 – 50 m [all Strokes]

EVENT 3 – A variety of 25/50 m novelty heats including double arm backstroke and dog paddle plus others unspecified! Bring your T-shirt and thongs! [Handicapping applied]

EVENT 4 – 4 X 50 m interclub and visitor head-to-head medley relays [Handicapping applied]

Six swimmers per heat. All heats are mixed.

Heats graded and based on your estimated 50m free style entry time to promote racing practice.

No limit on the number of entries per swimmer per event.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

There will be a starter, timekeepers and marshals to organise swimmers into heats.

Coaches may be available to assist.

Prior entries are not required as swimmers can present to the marshal when they are ready to have a swim.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

All swimmers to estimate their 50m freestyle entry time by 10th January via email to ianshuey@outlook.com.au

ENTRY FEE

Masters members and friends – $20 per swimmer, payable in advance to Hobart Aquatic Masters Inc. BSB 067 002 Account 10327279 by 10th January [preferred and include your name], or cash on the day. Cost includes pool entry.

Competition swimming for those 18 years and over.

Regular patrons of the New Norfolk Aquatic Centre – standard pool entry charge only.

SOCIAL

Tea/coffee, food available at the Kiosk following the swim. BBQ facility available, however bring your own food and utensils. A time to relax and socialise.
