Annual General Meeting, Wednesday 11th March 2026

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Masters Swimming Tasmania will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 at 7.30pm.

All members are invited to attend, however voting is only available to currently elected and appointed officials and by up to two delegates from each Club

Note this meeting will be followed by a State Management Committee Meeting to commence at 8:00pm

Constitutionally occupants of key positions such as the President, Secretary and Treasurer have limited terms and the Megan and Pauline in the former 2 positions will be stepping down from these positions in the upcoming AGM.
All clubs are strongly encouraged to find suitable candidates for all roles. 
We are also looking for people to take on various other roles on the MST State Committee.
A good way to start is being a club delegate – clubs can have up to 2 at the meetings.

At the Annual General Meeting, the following business will be:

• Vote on Changes to MST Constitution
• Presenting the Annual Report for the 2025 year
• Election of Office Bearers: all positions are declared vacant
        All nominations should be received no later
        than COB Saturday 7^th  March 2026).
• Appointment of the Auditor

Agenda for the 2026 AGM    and  Minutes of the 2025 AGM    will be uploaded in the the near future

All reports from State Committee Members and CLUBS to the secretary no later than COB Friday  27^th February 2026.
Reports should cover activities from 1^st January to 31^st December 2025.
