REPORT 2025 SCLD Championships

The MST 30th Short Course Long Distance Championships was held on Saturday, 31 May 2025 at the Launceston Aquatic Centre attracting 25 swimmers.
There were 12 entries for the 1500m event, 10 for the 800m event and 19 for the two 400m events.

This year no AOE was hires and we relied on having 2 time keepers on each lane with stop watches.
The meet ran smoothly and volunteers were always available for the timing.

Special congratulations to Amanda as her  800 and 1500 Freestyle were also national records.

The records that Wendy broke have stood for more than 10 years.
