Notice of Meeting Annual General Meeting, 30 March 2022

The Annual General Meeting this year will be conducted as a teleconference on Zoom, at 7 pm on 30 March.

Voting is made by current elected and appointed officials and by up to two delegates from each Club.

The business of the AGM will be:

1. To confirm the draft minutes of the 2021 AGM and of the Special General Meeting of 13 October 2021.

2. To address any business arising from those meetings.

3. To elect office-bearers to the following positions:

• • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Recorder
  • Coordinator of Coaching and Education
  • Coordinator of Safety and Health

Note: you are requested to return completed nomination forms by 26 March.

4. Auditor:- Motion on notice to delay appointment of Auditor until a suitable Auditor can be located and engaged.    Motion in detail

5. To receive Reports from Office-Bearers and Club Delegates.

6. To conduct any other business. This can be proposed by current officials or by Club delegates and must be received by the Secretary 14 days before the Meeting; that is, by 16 March.
